The plot spreads over an area of 37,860 sq.ft. with about 40 different fully grown trees. After locating the areas where construction would be possible without disturbing or harming the existing biodiversity, we decided to build around the chickoo tree. Thus all areas have maximized views all around and the chickoo tree forms a courtyard that facilitates natural light and ventilation.

The residence is designed for a retired NRI couple and their family for recurring annual visits.
